If you have a question you would like to ask the Parish Council then you can do so at a Parish Council meeting. On the agenda of each meeting is a period during which you can ask your question directly to the councillors. You normally have three minutes in which to address the Council. However due to certain protocols which have to be adhered to, it may not be possible to give you an answer at that meeting.
If you do not wish to attend or cannot attend a meeting then please feel free to email your question to info@alderminster-pc.gov.uk or phone 01789450593 (24 hour answerphone) and the Clerk will contact you as soon as possible. You can also write if you wish to the address of the Council as shown on this page.
Electricity Supplies
Our electricity is brought to the village from the National Grid by Western Power Distribution. Included in your electricity bill from your supplier is a small proportion which is paid to this company to enable them to maintain the system of cables, sub stations, pylons etc. They are therefore responsible for ensuring our electricity is available 24/7. In the event of a failure they need to be contacted not your supplier. Their telephone number is 0800 3281111 for our area.
